Concert photo sharing for fans, delivered on WhatsApp

SnapStream matches fans to their photos from the show and sends each person their shots on WhatsApp, a branded, shareable moment that keeps the night going long after the encore.

HOW IT WORKS

A QR on the screens and tickets, and fans register themselves between sets. SnapStream matches the crowd while your team shoots the show.

01

Scan & register

Fans scan a QR on the screens, tickets or signage and send one selfie on WhatsApp. No app.

02

Automatic matching

Photographers shoot the pit and the crowd; SnapStream matches every face as shots upload.

03

Delivered on WhatsApp

Each fan gets their photos on WhatsApp, with the artist, venue or sponsor’s branding alongside.

FAQ

Questions,
answered.

Everything promoters and venues ask before the show. Talk to us about your run of dates.

Does it work for a one-night show or a whole tour?
Both. Set it up for a single show, or reuse the same flow across a run of dates. Tell us the shows and we’ll scope it.
Who can brand the gallery?
The artist, venue or sponsor: every gallery carries the night’s colours and logo.
Do fans need to download an app?
No app, no account, no password. A QR on the screens, tickets and signage opens a WhatsApp chat, they send one selfie, and their photos arrive in the same chat with a link to their personal gallery.
When do fans get their photos?
Automatically: as the crew uploads and faces match, photos are delivered to WhatsApp, typically by the day after the show. No manual sending.
Is it private and POPIA-compliant?
Yes: SnapStream is consent-first. Every fan opts in before any face matching happens, their face data is used only for photo matching, and they can type delete at any time to erase it. See our privacy policy.
